Want new challenges or are new to Pilates; are at any level, from already fit to needing to get back into shape; may have some injuries that they are addressing but no acute injuries.

The Progresser ( Level 2)

Prerequisite: 5-10 sessions
OBJECTIVES

  • Building on the Basic Principles of Pilates
  • Foundation & further building on the Pilates Machines and Matwork

Prenatal Equipment Pilates

Prerequisite: None, however most effective if you have had 3 privates prior to attending this class.

Our Prenatal Pilates class is designed to be especially kind to your changing body. Focus is placed on strengthening the pelvic floor and back muscles to maintain healthy alignment. This workout will help with comfort during pregnancy and aid in a speedy postpartum recovery.
